Pricing
Every tier is the whole product.
No feature gating, unlimited users, priced per monitored project. Tiers differ in capacity and support — nothing else. Prices in USD, billed monthly.
The tiers
Three tiers, one product.
Starter
$59/month
- 1 monitored project, then $40 each
- 60 investigations a month
- Email support
Team
$199/month
- Up to 5, then $40 each
- 200 investigations a month
- Priority email / Slack Connect
Scale
$449/month
- Up to 15, then $40 each
- 450 investigations a month
- Onboarding call + named contact
Unlimited users on every tier — the only differences are the three lines above: monitored projects, included investigations and support.
Need more of one but not the other? Projects and investigations are bought separately, on any tier: $40 a month per extra project, and extra investigations from $0.80 each — $0.70 each once you buy 76 or more. The whole quantity bills at the band it lands in.

Fair use
Grace, not a meter.
Capacity is expressed in plain numbers, and coalescing decides what actually counts as one investigation.
An alert storm counts once — coalescing folds it into a single investigation. Go past your monthly allowance and nothing switches off mid-incident: we tell you, and the difference is not billed. Only if you finish 2 of 3 billing periods over it do we add the investigations you are actually using to your subscription, a week after telling you — so one bad month costs nothing.
Questions
The questions people actually ask.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan in full for 14 days, no feature gating. We ask for a card up front so Checkout can bill automatically on day 15; cancel any time before then and you are not charged. One trial per estate: a second workspace on the same Google Cloud organisation, the same monitored projects or the same card does not get another one. You can always subscribe instead.
What counts as an investigation?
One incident, one investigation — however many alerts it produced. A storm of related alerts from the same rollout coalesces into a single open thread and counts once against your plan, not once per alert.
What happens when I go past my monthly allowance?
Nothing switches off mid-incident, and we do not bill you the difference — the monthly figure is fair use, not a meter. One billing period over costs nothing at all, whatever the size of it; we tell you, and that is the whole of it. Only if you finish 2 of your last 3 billing periods over do we add the investigations you are actually using to your subscription, 7 days after an email naming the quantity, the price and the date. So one catastrophic month costs nothing, and buying enough capacity yourself — or moving up a tier — means we do nothing.
If my usage drops again, am I stuck paying for the extra?
No, and you do not have to ask. If none of your last 3 billing periods needed the extra investigations you are paying for, we lower the quantity to what you actually used and credit you the difference pro rata. The one thing we never do is lower a quantity you set yourself since your last period ended — that number is yours.
Is there anything that does stop an investigation?
One thing, and it is not the monthly allowance: a hard daily cap, so a single very noisy day cannot spend a month of capacity by itself. It scales with your allowance, which means buying extra investigations raises it too. When it is reached Nodrik says so in Slack rather than going quiet, and the count resets with the day.
What if I need one more project, but not a bigger tier?
Buy the project. Projects and investigations are sold separately on every tier, Starter included — $40 a month for an extra monitored project, and extra investigations by volume from $0.80 each, down to $0.70 each at 76 or more. When moving up a tier would be cheaper than another add-on, the console says so before you buy.
Why is it priced per project, not per seat?
Every tier includes unlimited users, so a five-person team and a fifteen-person team pay the same price on the same tier. Pricing follows monitored projects instead, because that is what actually drives our cost: each one is a service account, a set of read calls, and a report to write.
